I think the dumbass should serve time... and get a huge fine! He should get the same or a worse sentences than you or I, like hammer said

Anyway, he does need to go to jail. Its obvious he doesn't know how to handle a gun. (I'm surprised, Please tell me someone will catch this joke) He could have easily shot some hot chick, or twins... Put him in jail, maybe others will learn.
