well, it isnt that hard...someone has recently posted a fake timeslip here, and claming that he or shehad a 11.77 SRT4..or something along those lines...

well, the timeslip was dated march 1998 i believe...so i agree that it is possible to fake a slip...but surely someone who "Races so much" would have a picture of his truck at the track, with a number on it, and the same number on a timeslip....thats why i have slips of my car because most people dont believe that a big heavy mirada can run the numbers that it does...

Hey Guys,

First post over here and I have to say that there are some very nice rides on this site.
This has been fun reading all these post about the race. I just hope it stays civil between the two sites.
Anyway, should be fun to see the results of this race if it actually happens. IMO, I think the Titan will be one of the better opponents in a stock VS stock race but you guys have the advantage with a lot more mods available. Give us a few more years and we'll be up there with you guys LOL!

I keep wondering where this perception of "mods for the Hemi and none for the titan" is coming from. IMO, there still aren't any good mods for the Hemi. Yeah there are CAI, headers and catbacks, but without a good PCM, it's not that great. From what little I've seen, it looks like the titans have just as much as we do. Without spending the bank roll on something.

i think that idea from titan owners comes from "dodge truck has been around for a long time, therefore there must be ALOT of aftermarket performance support, but the titan is new, so there isnt alot of performance support"...which isnt true...technically, there are probably more performance parts for the ramcharger than there is for your hemi...

i can view it...the best times, by the same guy, were a 14.63 and 13.71..the second was on the bottle...the first was with exhaust, K&N, and "moroso"....thats all it says...moroso what?

stock times...
15.38
15.40
15.31
15.50
14.90 (I/E)
15.48 (XP/E/I)
15.41
15.35 (I)
15.47

so this proves that they wont keep up with you unless theyre built...

Yeah. Even with the intake and exhaust it wouldn't. Look at that dragtimes website and look at the enties for the ram 1500. There's a guy in California, around LA even, that's running low 14's with no NOS or other power adder. That's impressive. That's the same as mine except he kept the 20's.
