Coming to work this morning, there was a reduction from 3 to 2 lanes for street repair. I was at a light beside an IROC Camaro and in the lane that ended 1 block away. Well the Mexican guy driving (no insults intended for our hispanic members) rev'd me. When the light changed I spun the tires pretty hard as did he, but was able to holeshot him and get in front. He obviously didn't like this. As he passed, he put it in neutral and rev'd it, then threw a couple tacos or something in front of my car.
Not the most exciting race, but I just love beating the GM POOPY.

a guy who works with me has a 87 iroc in gorgeous shape, however, it is a 305 4-speed. i thought the irocs were only 350s...it has to be a real slug...

Didn't have to. He witnessed the almighty Intrepid family sedan power first hand. I was in full-on bling, strutting the bike rack and mopar performance license plate frame.
That's great to hear. Most of the IROC's came with the lowly 305, but most assume they all have a built up 350. It's actually almost rare to find one with a 350, especially with a manual trans.
