Dodge 9.25 3.92 Rear End Gear
I recently changed out my rear end gear to put in a 4.56. Now I have the stock 3.92 Rear End Gear ring and pinion that I do not need. Has about 125,000 miles on it in good condition. Nothing was broke in the rear end just wanted to have a 4.56 in.
I will take $45 for this ring and pinion +shipping ofcource. Shipping is $15 nationwide.

Hey just wondering... I'm assuming these gears are out of your Ram, correct? I'm looking for 3.92's for a Dakota 4x4 and I don't know if the front ends are the same (or if yours was a 4x4) so I just thought I'd ask. If you have the front 3.92's and they do match I'm definitely interested. Hit me back, thanks.

I'm not sure you'll have to find out if your Axle Differential is a Dodge 9.25" Rear End. If it's in the front Axle then you might be looking for a 3.92 for a Dana 44, which I have also. Find out what you need and I prolly have it.
Your looking for a 3.92 for the front differential in your truck? Then this gear won't work it will only work for the rear differential. But, if your front differential is a Dana 44 then I have a 3.92 for that for $50 in great shape.

I'm looking for both the front and rear 3.92's actually. I have the 8.25 rear but it wouldn't be a problem for me to find a 9.25 rear (that's what I want really) Let me find out what front I have (it's IFS so I don't know what actual diff. they use but I'll research it) I'll let you know as soon as I do, thanks.

I have a 9.25" Complete Rear End for $200 with gears and all. I'm not sure whether it has a 3.55 or 3.92, but for $225 I'll throw in the whole limited slip rear end and the extra 3.92 gear.

That would be perfect actually but what truck is the complete rear out of? Just wondering if its worth it because if it's a Ram I'll have to get shorter axles probably, etc to make it fit in the dakota... let me know, we still might be able to work something out. Also, just to be clear you're saying the complete 9.25 rear has a Limited Slip? Just making sure because I know you said you sold the LSD that was with the 3.92 gears. Hit me back!

Ok well the only info I've found is someone telling me my front end is a AMC 35 (not sure how true that is but its all I've got), so your 44 gears wouldn't work, and I'd have to put some work into the rear to make it fit so for the moment I'll have to say no but I really appreciate the info and if it turns out I can use any of that stuff I'll definitley hit you up. Thanks again.
