so like, a little piece of pvc put into the main intake tubes? so approximately a 1/4 pvc pipe that epoxy'd into the main (6"?) pipe?

yes...just some stock 3 inch...home depot sells some of there scrap they cut off for customers. cut just enough to mate to the TB useing the stock rubber. Then with some stock half inch wide steel...make a bracket or 2 that will mount to the 2 tabs on the intake that the stock hat used.

Yes the spectre intake has the hole for the IAT and the oil breather hose but they are set up for the hemi engine (you also need a different coupler to reach the TB). What that means is that you need to adapt the oil breather hose to a larger hose and extend the IAT wire to reach the front of the tube. I recommend you get one of the mopar clone intakes for the 4.7 (like the velocity or kool vue) b/c you won't have to deal w/ those 2 issues. The only issue on those is the mounting bracket on the filter end of the tube may break off, but from what I've read it's pretty easy to fab up your own bracket if that happens.
