looking for a neon inS.E. Michigan for project

Hello I am looking around for a neon for a project car, I would prefer that it ran but cost is an issue. I live just north west of toledo, ohio. I am looking for 2 two door with a 5 speed tranny. so let me know what is out there. thanks Chris
