good luck on the MP valve covers...even in rough shape, they still seem to demand a premium price.
ill see what we have...the problem is that it will be coming from michigan or PA..and even aluminum intakes arent light to ship...i believe that i have an edelbrock performer somewhere...ill check into it.

an edelbrock performer is what ive been mainly looking for....
please let me know what you find out...
i dont have a large amount of money to spend on one though, but i wouldnt expect you to give it away or anything...
i am most likely just going to order the valve covers new from JEGS for $112....but probally not for a while
i have storage garages full of stuff, and i think that we have some intakes, but when i talked to my dad the other night, he thought that all of the dual plne intakes were used or gone...ill let you know.

at this point im kinda just wanting whatever i can get...
if nothing else, im just going to have to go to the junk yard for now and pick up a stock cast iron intake.....though i really dont want to
craigslist is usually the first place i check...besides ebay and no luck with either really(atleast in my price range)...but i am waiting for a reply about one i found on ebay
any junk yards around me only seem to have aluminum intakes for chevys
well i went to the local junk yard the other day and found an old ram plow truck hiding in the woods.....has a 4 barrel stock iron intake...i talked to the owner, who i do alot of business with, and he said i could just have it...
i unbolted it today and tried to get it off but it wouldnt budge...
but, im going back in the morning with a couple of large pry bars....
then i can atleast get my motor painted and assembled
when i find an aluminum intake, i will get it and just swap them out....unless i get a wild hair up my ass to put this intake on my dart and take the edelbrock off the dart and use it on this motor
