WTB: Front Driver Side Power Window Switch

I have a 2003 Ram 1500, Quad cab. The power window switch unit(rectangular block that is in the door handle) is starting to go bad. What I need exactly, is the block-type unit, from a 2002-2005(maybe up to 2008), switch for a quad cab. It should have a window switch for all 4 doors, a lock switch, and the window lockout switch on it, as well as the directional pad and selector to adjust the power mirrors. I do not need the bezel that is screwed on top, but if you want to throw it in or whatever, no problem. Thanks.
