Default ESP/BAS light third time!!!!!!(WTF)

Today while coming home I had the ESP/BAS light and the little squiggly tracton control light come on.. This is the 3rd time that this had happened... Has anyone else expierenced this?????? The first time it went off a couple of hours later. Didn't bother to take it in.The second time I was stopped at a red lige, and was turning left and accelerating and it came on. When I took it to the dealer that time, they said that the sensor was maxing out????? Anyways I thought it was fixed. then tonight, once again , stolled at a red light, and makeing a left hand turn it came on again.. I'm gonna call the dealer first thing monday. But can anyone helpme with any input if anyone knows what might be causing this???[/align]

make sure the update has been done on the TIPM. I think that was one of the recalls that was put out. If that has been done and the Steering angle sensor has been calibrated (sounds like they replaced it) they may need to do some more checking.

The esp/bas light has probably been one of the most common problems on the nitro. There is a tsb out for this problem, depending on what code the vehicle is setting to turn the light on. The tsb # is 08-010-07 and it involves reprogramming the steering angle sensor.
