Default Electrical issue with '96 trep

SO I have a werid electrical problem.

Every now and then my battery light will come on. Once the battery even drained so low that console lights were flickering and my car wouldn't restart. I have replaced the alternator as well as the ECM (PCM, ECU.... whatever you call it) and still the problem will show up.

This will come on all of a sudden last for a couple of days and then go away as if nothing was wrong. The weirdest part is that when the battery light is on, the right-hand turn signal refuses to illuminate and it clicks much faster than usual. Once again when the light goes of the signal works as usual.

Please help me if you can. It's either this or sell the car for parts because of its unreliability!

Thanks
