Honestly, why do you care so much Jviper. You act as if Chevy is such a big threat. I say who cares. I hate the Corvette, there for I just dont really care about news about it. I hate bland looks, I hate the fact I see them everywhere, I hate that its a Chevy. I dont care how many more horses it has...

Hate the Corvette if you must, but there's a reason why it has lasted longer then any other single car being built today. Only the Mustang has anything close....
I would like to see a retro 63-67 with the new technology powering it, but since the late 70s (the intruduction of the bubble rear window) up through he current machine, not to fond of the design. Although the new design is better than the late 70s-C5 models.
By the way, what were they thinking when they made this? The late 70s and early 80s were dark times.....

lol I didnt know you felt that way about the Corvette. I just wanted to see the official hp numbers.
I don't hate the vette, I would love to own one, but I agree with midnight, I get tired of seeing them everywhere, the bland looks, and everyone who is car illiterate thinking a vette is "the car".
Everyone also needs to remember, that the vette is using a blower to keep up with the viper, the viper is N/A and still making almost as much power as the vette, just imagine if they stuck a blower on there from the factory [8D]

Eh, not so fast friend....
The Z06 with the LS7, the oldmodel,is virtually 10th's of a second slower then the new Viper....with 100hp less.....so dont go talking power numbers, because your not going to win there...
Now throw in a blower and added 138hp over what it used to have......
