Does anyone know how to deactivate the daytime running lights on a (US) 2007 Durango?

BS How would the cops know if it was an 06 or 07...The dealer can do with the OBDC computer, just like they turned mine on on my 300C...

I have an 07 and I don't have daytime running lights. Maybe its not a law in my state?

Why on earth would you want to turn off the DRL? It's a safety feature. It doesn't make your headlights wear out any faster and doesn't make thevehicle appear ugly...but if you really must I believe there is a DRL module which you could bypass. Obviously, I think it is a bad idea...
