Default 99' 3.2 Intrepid ES RAD. Drain Help

Ok so the other day my upper hose broke and i lost all my fluids so I had to replace the upper hose and just put distilled water inthe the RAD. until I can drain it and add 50/50. The only problem is I can NOT find the drain! I hear its on the driver side and the passanger so which one is it? Also I have all these mud guards under the RAD. will i need to remove the plastic to see the drain plug? If anyone could like draw a map lol cause im covered in dirt trying to find this lil plug THANKS!!!

If you can't find it, just loosen the bottom hose.

Those are such a pain! That's why I like the hose. 12 is the min drain possition. The max it 9 o'clock possition. This is out of the manual:
The draincock stem is closed in the horizontal position, pointing to 3:00 o’clock. Draining takes place through the cooling
module’s lower right side insulator.
Do Not Use pliers to open draincock. CAUTION: Do not pull outward on the draincock flange while opening. Damage to the draincock body and O-ring seal may occur
(1) To open the draincock to the minimum drain position, turn the draincock stem countercolockwise to the 12:00 o’clock position. For the maximum drain position, turn draincock stem counterclockwise 180 degrees to the 9:00 o’clock position.
(2) Remove coolant pressure bottle cap and open the bleed valve.
PS If I recall correctly, AFTER the valve is turned, it can be pulled out...then it really flows, but see caution above before you try anything like this.

I tryed heating the car up and leaving the drain open to see if that would help nothing. I cant turn the plug past 12:00 i dont want to break it and it wont give plus my fat hands are to big in that small area i can hardly turn the damn thing. I find that if I move the plug around it will slowly drip i have tryed to pull it out but nothing....so i hope i wont need a new radiator =/

I downloaded the HOLY GRAIL and that help a lot but im stuck as to why it wont drain. Also whats is the "bleed valve" what is it where is it?
