Default removing front sway bar end links?

OK here is my trouble. I am replacing the end links because the rubber around them are TORE all to EDIT. I have the sway bar off and it is sitting on the ground. I have the nuts off the bottom of the link and the top of the link. I am not able to get the bottom of the link to detach from the bracket on the a arm. So this is my question. Are these links pressed into this bracket? What has to be done to get these detached from the brack and pulled out so i can get the others put in. btw. I drive a 2004 Dakota 2wd with the 4.7l.
