Just wanted to say thanx everyone on DF for all the help on de badging. I didnt use much heat, hair dryer occasionally. But I did get some get adhesive remover from Napa that worked great. Check it out let me know what ya think. I might get a black grill and paint it to match my truck like a sport look. Then put the chrome inserts in it.
my debadging process went awfull when i found the dummy who painted my truck glued badge back whit urethane,i will need to buff it and repaint the warped area..
he even didnt remove the rubber band on the door,he just masked them.... totally rip off

RE: De Badge
Real sharp. I always liked the debadged look, I know some people that put excessive badges (trying to compensate) caugh, caugh Sharky....[sm=escape.gif][sm=gears.gif]
yeah i really like it cause its rare. not alot of trucks running around de badged. I stole someones idea on here with the cummins logo in the grill. thought it looked way better than the ram head. After i finish with the color grill. im gonna build custom bumpers for the front and rear
