RE: Cooling Fan Problem
No, not the Coolant Temp Sensor. Its tells your guage how hot you're running. Its the Cooling Fan Temperature Switch. That's what my mechanic called it at least, and made it very clear the CTS and the CFTS were most definately NOT the same. You can get a CTS at any Autozone, O'Reilys, or Advance Auto. The CFTS you can only get through Mopar or off of a junked neon. It's located somewhere at the bottom of the engine, whereas the CTS is located in a little space between your Thermostat housing and your Fuel Rail. He also said it was not the relay. Ill try to do a bit more research on it. But unless my mechanic just lied or doesnt know what he's talking about, its called a Cooling Fan Temerature Switch. He only charged me $10 to fix my car so I wouldn't think he lied about it. Sorry for any confusion Lol.
