I have an idea of rhino lining Both the front and rear chrome bumpers along with the bed. Has anyone done this or have picks. Oh and by the way wemight have a new truck in the drive way. A 2002 ford f-250 7.3 powerstroke 4x4 with full banks and upgraded turbo with 8" lift and 37" tires putting out 550hp and 880 ftlb of torque. I know its way off topic but it gets me kind of excited.

i need a rear bumper but rhino lining might loook alright

i had my rockers and bed done. color matched. wish i would have had my front bumper above the chrome done.

Why do you want a powerstroke? Get a cummins or duramax...powerstrokes are a joke in the diesel world.

I think this idea is going to work out perfect for me. First I'm going for the all black look and with rhinoed front bumper I won't have to worry about rocks chipping the black paint. Does any have an idea on the price of a black bed coating becuase I doubt the bumper coating will cost too much . No I just need so black Teflon wheels on all terrains then I'd be set. As far as the ford I don't know I guess me and my dad like the looks of a ford and the 7.3 is pretty bullet proof also the guy pit a shift kit and a got a computer for the tranny so it sounds bullet proof. But well see if the deal goes through I'll post some pics becuase it looks bad ass.

dude powerstrokes are great. thats the only diesel motors that will hold up to the abuse that we(coal miners) put them through. we have had those others and they donnt last half as long. we run them so hard that we have to have the tires filled solid and things like that. its mud running EVERY day for 23hrs. 6 months out of the others and 1 1/2 years out of the powerstroke and still going. and thats just the ones i run. many other guyswith the same results. i am not saying that you cannt get big power out of the others. i am just saying they are alot more reliable.
