Default Gas Mileage question

I wanted to kno about how many miles can I get out of one full tank of gas? I have a slant 6, and I saw online 20 highway, and 16 city, is that about right? I have a stock engine. I did a complete tune up, and I have a K+N filter. I put dual exhaust on her too. Any body have any idea. Thanks
