Watch this RAM Deliver Over 2,000 HP on the Dyno!
It’s no secret that diesel pickup trucks can generate ridiculous amounts of horsepower and torque, but what this silver RAM adequately dubbed, “Shredder 2” can do is simply astonishing!
Meet Shawn Baca, he’s the proud owner of Shredder 2, and although there’s no mention of it, I’m going to take a wild guess and say that there was probably a less-powerful Shredder 1 at some point in time. Regardless, I can’t even imagine how much time and money went into building this diesel-gulping monster. Shawn seems like a cool guy, and you could also tell right away he’s the owner of the truck simply based on his fashion style.
This video by, TruckDaily, shows us Shawn’s truck being strapped to a mobile dyno, and prepped to show the crowd just how much power is under the hood of his beast. Speaking of hood, Shredder 2 had to have its hood cut out to make room for the massive turbo, as well as two exhaust pipes. Imagine seeing this thing pull up to you through the rear view mirror? I bet you’d move right over in a jiffy!
I won’t ruin the video for ya, but do know that at the end of the dyno run, Shredder 2 produced over 2,000 horsepower and 3,000 ft.-lbs. of torque. Insane!
