Ringbrothers turns Plymouth’s ‘Cuda into a bold celebration of color, performance, cutting-edge design, and top-tier craftsmanship.

Ringbrothers just wowed the crowd at the 2024 SEMA Show with their latest project: a jaw-dropping 1970 Plymouth ‘Cuda they call “INFECTED.” This build is all about the playful, vibrant Mopar vibe, mixing retro muscle with modern tech. Under the hood? An 807-hp Hellcrate Redeye engine that’s ready to roar.

Ringbrothers spent 5,600 hours perfecting every detail of INFECTED in-house. The wheelbase was extended, front wheels pushed forward by 1.5 inches, and custom touches like the shortened front fenders and a widened front valance make this ‘Cuda look fiercer than ever. They milled the grille surround and bumper guards from a single chunk of billet aluminum, tucked and slimmed down the bumpers, and added slick rocker panels, a custom diffuser, and more for a totally unique look.

Based in Spring Green, Wisconsin, Ringbrothers has become a go-to name in high-end custom cars and premium parts. They’ve racked up awards like Best in Show from Chevrolet, Goodguys Street Machine of the Year, and SEMA Battle of the Builders. Everything they make, from their parts to their full car builds, is crafted in the USA with top-notch quality and creativity.

“This is a car we’ve always wanted to get our hands on,” says Jim Ring, co-owner of Ringbrothers. “The ‘Cuda’s lines are the definition of muscle, making it the perfect canvas for us. We even teamed up with BASF to create a custom color we’re calling ‘Pink Eye’—a wild twist on Mopar’s classic High-Impact colors.”

Beneath the custom carbon-fiber hood sits that blown HEMI with 717 lb-ft of torque through a TREMEC six-speed. The ‘Cuda’s custom FAST TRACK chassis by Roadster Shop, Fox coilovers, and high-performance Baer brakes make sure it’s built to handle every bit of that power. It’s rolling on HRE Wheels, fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires to complete the performance look.

Inside, INFECTED has all the modern touches you’d want. White leather from Upholstery Unlimited, a sleek Gentex rearview mirror, custom gauges by Dakota Digital, climate control, and a custom sound system with Apple CarPlay make it a sweet blend of classic style and modern comfort. Plus, there’s a custom carbon-fiber pistol grip shifter and a Murph steering wheel with a carbon hoop—perfect finishing touches for this Mopar masterpiece.

“INFECTED is a tribute to the bold and vibrant spirit of Mopars with a serious dose of modern muscle,” adds Mike Ring, co-owner. “This build is all about color, design, and pushing the boundaries. Huge thanks to our partners, HRE Wheels, BASF, Gentex, and others for helping us bring this beast to life.”
