I'd start with the fuses. Anytime any electrical problem occurs, I go straight to the fuse box. If they all check out, it could be a ground issue. We have the '95 FSM available for free download in faq2 (its a rapidshare link). That will be very close to the same thing as your '93, except your '93 should have a cable drive speedometer and seperate electric speed sensor for the computer and the '95s have an all electronic speed sensor (no cable). Anyway, it will have wire diagrams to track down the potential ground problem.

No, on second thought, thats not it. It says "Vehicle will not start if the vehicle looses this ground."
Read page 8W-30-3 and 8W-30-26 for better info.

Check pins 47, 7, and 4 on the PCM and make sure there is a clean connection. Also, if you have a multimeter, make sure pin 7 is putting out 8 volts.
