Tie rod? Alignment?

My tie rod broke (pulled out of the knuckle). Im just curious to see if any one has any tips to realign it after fixing it

How did that happen??? The only way it could pull out of the knuckle is if the cotter pin popped out and the nut backed off.

Anyway, take it to an alignment shop. These trucks are too hard to align without an alignment rack.

with the truck off the jacks and on the ground pick a tread in the tire close to center, front side of left and right tire. use a tape measure and measure the distance across from tread to tread then useing the same tread ( follow it around ) on the rear side of each tire measure across again. you want the front side to be between 1/16 & 1/8 inch less then the rear side when measureing across. you need a small amount of toe in. make adjustments on the tie rod to get the above results. i have done this many times and for toe adjustments you can get it 95%.
