i still have it but i dont have enough time to fix it at more so its prolly gonna go to the scrap yard unless someone wants to buy it and pick it up as well soooooo if yall are in texas or feel like driving a bit it'll go real cheep

 

As to getting a brush guard for the 1st gen dakotas your best bet is getting a push bar off of either the late 80s to early 90s f-150 or similar aged ford rangers. Reason being is that there are tabs that allow it to bolt in using the same 4 bolts near the center that hold in the bumper. That tabs can be torched off and just weld on new steel tabs that sre another inch to 2 inches longer.
