My Leaf springs on my 93' dodge dakota are 2.5 inches in width. I can't find a Leak kit that are 2.5" in width. All of them are 2.25"! Any ideas on where i can get the right one?
You didn't have to make a new thread since it is still on the topic of your original post. I merged it with the old one.
That is only .25in and ,125 per side that is smaller. Not bad, Just get what you can.
Oh, then is there a better way to raise my truck up? I can't find any Leveling/Lift kits for my 2WD 1993 Dodge Dakota and I don't want a Body Lift. Any other Suggestions?
now suppose he^^ does do the 1in spacers on top and bottom of the front coil spring, now that he would have 2in in height would he then need to get a front allignment or will there be any futher mods to do?

It is best to get an alignment done.

Yes you will get SLIGHTLY more stiffness to the rear with AAL but nothing to bad. Trust me I have done it. And remember these are trucks not Cadillacs.
The AAL is the best/easiest way unless you want to start doing a lot of custom work. The shackle flip is the next but you have to cut your rear leaf spring mounts and mount up new ones. I will be doing that in a few days.
Body lifts are truly not that bad if they are kept small, 2in-down.
