Default 89 dakota looking to modify.

1989 Dodge Dakota 3.9l liter v6. Stock.

So I'm switching from Tbi, to carbed. My map sensor went out (along with who knows what other sensors) and I do not want to chase down electrical BS! So I went and purchased an Edelbrock #1405 4bbl carb. I am purchasing these things

Original Engine Management 7037 Ignition Module
Standard Motor Products RU12 Resistor
and the proper bolts for the carburetor.

Here is what I need to know.
Can I modify, Edelbrock 2701 Performer Intake Manifold, to fit.(I'm on a budget)
If not, what is the best route to go about to make my new carburetor fit?

Thank you in advance.

I'm confused....and edelbrock 2701 is for a small.block v8 chevy. You have a v6 mopar. And you want to put a 4bbl carburetor on the 120hp v6 3.9L?
