PCV grommet ??

PCV grommet ??
Just fixed my oil leak, which turned out to be the rear seal where the intake manifold meets the block. Did the plenum fix and a few other things too, and now starting to button it up. But, I've run into a 404.
After 3 trips to the auto parts, one involving an order, no one seems to be able to find the grommet that holds the PCV valve in the passenger-side valve cover. They hand me either the grommet for the breather, which is same outer diameter but has a larger hole in the center, or they hand me a grommet that looks like the right hole size, but is much smaller in diameter. RockAuto seems to show the same two choices for my '92 5.2. Here are my valve covers, they're the same, L & R. Is that correct, or do I have two left side covers here? As far as can recall, they look like every other early 90's Magnum to me.

That's the grommet I'm looking for, the one right there in your passenger valve cover! Large outside diameter, like the breather grommet, with the smaller center hole for the PCV valve. Mine had rigor mortis and broke coming out, now I can't find that thing.

Here's what Dorman lists; sounds like you're getting the top one, but you need one with the top ID and the bottom OD: http://www.dormanproducts.com/gsearc...CV%2520Grommet

I looked here http://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/d...+grommet,11785 The first one and the third one seem to be the right fit for a PCV valve unless yours is larger. The other ones seem to have .943 ID is almost a full inch. It looks funny but apparently that is how the after market ones look. on eBay they seem to have the normal ones http://www.ebay.com/sch/items/?_nkw=...ds=&rmvSB=true It also looks like they have PCV valves that fit the 1 inch hole grommet's.

Found it, on Amazon. Thanks to the comments section, which had several comments like this:
"Trying to find the grommet with the small opening for the PCV on the PASSENGER SIDE valve cover of your 1998 dodge Ram 1500 5.9L? This is it."
"Fit exactly like the original, the local big box stores listed in thier computers the right size pcv valve but the grommets listed didn't match the pcv size had to order threw here and got the perfect fit"
Or this:
"Question:
Answer:
Have fun getting old one out. I used a seal puller. They get as hard as a rock and are not flexible anymore.

So here's the Amazon link:
MOPAR part# 53030017. Never would have expected this to be so hard to find.

i have noticed on my last couple Dakotas that they have oil fill caps on both sides, were that way when I got them
On the grommet, every time I go to the parts store for it they seem to think teh same one from an LA engine will fit the Magnums too but, no. Go to the stealership on this one they usually have them on the shelf and are about $5 or $6 at most. I usually get 2 at a time because I seem to need them fairly often.
