New dicovery ? Short belt routing

Hey hey guys I don't know if this is ever been done before but I managed to get my serpentine belt system down to a 78 inch belt and still have everything including power steering and such minus AC I was curious to see how long or short everyone is running for a serpentine setup I would love to know!

I'm sorry, why is this an objective and what advantage does it provide??

More room under the hood less weight less accessory drag.a smig more power lol

Well, gee, Mr. Science, no-AC is a factory setting, and calls for a 77.5" belt from the factory.

Routing is also on the under-hood routing diagram.

Do be sure to have at least 50% if not 75% engagement of both the crank pulley and the water pump pulley unless you want "less drag" == "massively overheats in the summer with constant belt squeal".
