92 dakota

My 92 dodge dakota v6 le doesnt want to crank over. I turn the key and all the lights and even AC come on. I've replaced the starter, ignition switch and cylinder and none of those fixed it. I did find these 3 wires that seem to go into a black rubber cylinder that were corroded and broke apart. The 3 wires seen to go to 3 different fuses but I can seem to figure out where the ends that go to that black cylinder goes to. I'm new to the dodge community and dont know much about them but this is driving me nuts. Nothing that ove done seems to help. And advice yall would have would be much appreciated

Have you had the battery tested?

Yes battery comes back good

could you post up a picture of the broken wires? Those could be fusible links. But at least they need to be repaired.

The black wire goes to my starter fuse, a gray goes to my starter: a/c radiator fan fuse and the other gray goes to my a/c clutch fuse

Starter wire, well I feel sure that is your no start problem. If it was mine, I would try to locate a 92 factory service manual and look at the wiring diagrams. My main concern with splicing it back together would be if that is a fusible link.... If it is, you would want to know size and put it back in.

I appreciate it. My concern is I bought the truck little over a month ago as a beater A-B truck and I'm sure that that is the issue but my concern is the other end of the black tube on my finger I cant locate where the other end goes. You can see the other end of the piece just under my finger but I'm sure that wiring diagram would tell me🤷*♂️

Are you at the firewall? if so, does it pass through? If that is the case, probably heater controls
