Default 92 Dakota 3.9L

I have a 92 Dakota v6, when you start the truck it idles really rough, and has a loud sucking sound coming from the iac. When I try to put it in gear or give it gas it wants to die out. I've already checked for vac leaks, replaced the iac and tps, I've also tried unplugging the O2 sensor and it does the same thing. Right now I'm at a lose, any ideas??

What kind of shape is the plenum gasket in?

But it sounds like a vacuum leak, all right.

Did you smoke test it, or how did you test for the vacuum leaks?
