Driver's Seat issue
 

My drivers side seat will not lock back into the upright position, instead it stays layed all the way back to where i have to put a toolbox behind me to keep the seat upright. any ideas?

Check the latching mechanism to see what's binding up.

Hit up a wrecker and pick up a seat for $50 or less? Or continue on with the toolbox method. I think your best bet may be a direct drop in seat, and gives an opportunity to vacuum really well and have the seat upholstered however you wish.
