Default back to my cam question??

dont mean to double up on the topic's but I want the most information I can get before I start.now my 91 dakota has the 5.2,what is the largest cam I can install with the stock heads?I dont care about triggering cel's cause if it runs like crap I'm gonna carb it and take the computer out.I'm gonna change the springs to match the cam(I'm gonna nead help chosing the springs to).was told a .480 is about the max.can I run lets say a .560 lift with the heads if I change the springs?
and about the lopey idle, what do I look for in a cam,is it the higher duration the rougher it gets?

I'm not the best on cams but there are TONS of options available. Your best bet is to call up comp cams or summitracing and get the info you need.

These springs should be able to handle the lift. They are the springs I'm going to get for my build (the cam I'm getting with 1.7 rockers will be 510 lift)....
