There is a kit you buy that has new O-rings and such in the kit. But I do believe you would have to replace the line to fit the new Schrader valve. That small one won't work with the new charging kits. But you will need someone to vacuum down the system for your first initial charge after breaking open the system. You can buy a vacuum for around $70 online. They are always good to have. And if you have a set of A/C gauges you're already ahead of the game. And always go by the gauges and not what the factory called for in Ounces. Chrysler had a screw up years ago on the amount of 134a to put in after the system was converted from R12. And the 93's were overfilled and owners were finding out that their engines would over heat. So just try to charge the system old school or have someone do it old school for you. Don't trust the new computer A/C chargers at places like Pepboys or some outfit like that that uses them.
