My newest mudding story starts off with me and Paul enjoying a meal at whataburger after fireworks and at around 12:30 am we go to leave. It had been raining the past few days and we decide to go to the nearest lake and really open up my engine that I finished rebuilding 8 days ago. the first mud hole is just before the "entrance" up the embankment on to the dam road and boy was that fun we just kept going back to it over and over getting thick clumps of mud all over the sides and front we drive around looking for a less out in the open mud hole when Paul pipes up that he knows a place. we come off the other side of the lake and we fart around over there but it was mostly rocks as we are about to leave we see headlights coming off dam road so we flash the lights off and on to have them come over and low and behold its Haden in his 96 4x2 s10 blazer he wants to tag along so I let him cause he is always ragging on my truck and I feel like showing off so I haul a$$ down all these little muddy roads and I do mean muddy and I come across where another friend of mine had gotten his truck stuck (with Paul at the wheel) a long time ago and took him over an hour to get out (about 6 months ago). I get past that and Paul wants to drive a little bit so I think yeah why not he helped me rebuilt the engine. at the place where Paul got Anthony’s truck stuck he flies into a "shallow" part of the lake stalling it out so we are stuck in about 2 foot of water in the rear but luck was with us and the nose was in only about a foot of water un able to get out Paul calls his buddy mark to come pull us out and he gets there in about 10 minutes and pulls us out by the front bumper I had made for recovering my truck works perfectly as it had gotten jerked really hard to get us out and it withstood the abuse with out any harm to it we get the truck started after we find it safe to do so and start driving at this point Haden wants to drive it so I let him drive back to his blazer and drive around in the bunny slope of mud holes for a little bit before we call it a night. I have now gotten 4 people to fall in love with my little green beast
