Default 93 dakota won't start

Hi all, I want to start by thanking everyone for all the help in the past. Just did a major job of replacing all of the gaskets in my engine.

Now when I try to start the engine, it'll turn over but won't start.

When I cycle key to on, I see all the lights on the dashboard but the check engine light. Isn't that supposed to come on? I was going to use that to check codes, but wasn't able to because it never came on.

Also when checking my sparks, I saw no spark when trying to crank the engine.

When I cycled key to on, aren't you supposed to hear the fuel pump prime? That didn't happen for me either.

Where should I start with this? My ignition coil looks a little rusty on one side, and doesn't feel like it fully snaps on, so I'll start by cleaning that.

So far, here's what I found:

3-in-1 splice directly under the PDC was corroded, so I cut out the corrosion and respliced.

The distributor cap (about 5 months old) had some white corrosion on the inside connectors, so I scraped that off.

Cleaned up the connector on my ignition coil.

Added gas to the tank (just in case it was running low, and didn't have enough to get pressure).

The relays in the PDC all tested at 12.5 volts, so I figured they were ok.

My check engine light still doesn't turn on, which leads me to believe my PCM went out. Because the PCM's out, it won't be calling for the fuel pump to turn on, right? Haven't checked fuel pump at the rail yet.

I read somewhere on here to check terminals 30 (hot wire), 85, and 86. Are those on the PDC or PCM?

I'm desperate for all advice, please post away! 93 Dakota 5.2L RWD.

Just found terminals 30, 85 and 86. 12.4v ign off at term 30, 12.4v ign on for 85 and 86. Swapped out the ASD relay and Starter relay to check if relays were bad, but the engine still cranked.

There are 2 splices that can be bad. Check the FAQ for the locations. Also check the outputs of the relay terminals. Next check out the input power at the computer and fuel pump.

Found both splices, replaced them. Outputs at relay terminals did look good, however I got 9v on terminal 86 on the starter relay.

Heavily leaning toward computer, since I have fuel pressure.

Just installed a new PCM, ign on and the check engine light didn't turn on. Tried to start the truck, it cranked but didn't start.

Should I start checking the entire wiring system now, or what does everyone think? I'd appreciate all ideas!

Yes check all wires. Check the power input to the computer like I said before.

Checked asd input on PCM - 12v.

Checked ignition coil input - 9v when cranking - should be ok because ignition relay output is 9v.

Will check PCM power input in the morning and post results. Thanks for the help, crazy.

Alright, I think I might have found something.
On the ASD relay with power on (not cranking though)
Terminal 30-12v
Terminal 86-12v
Terminal 87-9v
Terminal 85-0v

Should three of my terminals show a charge like that? Shouldn't terminal 87 show 0v?

When cranking, terminal 87 has 6v.

Just checked the PCM power input -
Cavity 3 (Fused B+) is receiving 12v.
Cavity 6 (5v supply) is receiving 0v.
Cavity 7 (8v supply) is receiving 0v.

Any idea on why the bottom two aren't receiving power (even with ign on), or does the PCM only receive power through cavity 3?
