Default 93 Dakota Help

I have a question that I am hoping someone could help me with. I have a 93 Dakota LE that I bought used I filled the gas tank up and noticed it was leaking. My question is does the tank suppose to have flang on it so you can couple it to the filler neck or does it have some kind of gasket/"O" ring. I can not find a picture of it anywhere on the internet.

Thank you.

The filler neck goes into a hole that has a rubber sleeve tightly around it. It is hard to describe but check out this video you can clearly see how it is attached. It may not be the filler neck, every once a while my vent hose from the filler neck pops out and drips fuel out. Check all the hoses and connectors.

Thanks guys the video helped. I took the bed off and I bought the groument that went into the hole where the filler neck tube goes into. While I had the bed off I went ahead I reseated my fuel pump , did this because fuel gauge in dash was not reading correctly and low fuel light stayed on. Once I reseated, making sure float on pump was pointed forward, gauge on dash & low level light went off. Now I just need to figure out a couple of more electrical probs. RPM Gauge does not work any ideas?
