So my father in law has a 95 5.2 and as of apparently 3 weeks ago (I know right) it wont start properly. When the truck has been off for about 8 hours or longer it wont crank at first, you have to crank it once for a few seconds or so and then shut off and then crank again. He has replaced the starter, fuel pump and looked at the ring gear for wear but it looks fine. The truck doesn't throw any codes except the finished codes one. Does anyone have any ideas for this issue? The starter and fuel pump were tested prior to installation and the old ones tested fine as well.

3 years old, but we tested it and it is fine.
