Bad MAP sensor? Engine surging while coasting in neutral.

Ok update, replaced my O2 sensor and now the truck runs a lot smoother, and has slightly more power and better mpg. The idle is now stable at speed too.
I also cleaned my throttle body and was going to replace the MAP sensor with the one I ordered online but it didn't fit, neither did the one at the local auto stores. I see NAPA is the only major local parts retailer with it.
Has any one else had this problem with finding the right MAP sensor?
My MAP looks like this:

The one I ordered online and the one that the local parts places stock is like this:

the way i knew my egr was bad is when i put the truck in drive or reverse and tapped the gas pedal it would drop in rpm's and die out so i disconnected the vacuum line from the egr valve and it ran perfect. i haven't replaced it yet but will prolly do soon
