I'm assuming by fuel pump, you mean the entire fuel sending unit since the pump alone is not sold individually.
For 92-93 4cly, V6 and V8 all use the same sending unit since it is externally filtered and pressure regulated as well as a return type of fuel system.
For 94-96 the V6 and V8 use a different sending unit since it is internally filtered and regulated as well as a return-less fuel system.
94-95 4cly still use the 92-93 style sending unit.
96 4cly use the newer style sending unit since it is a totally different engine than before.
If your planning on getting a used sending DON'T! There is no way to know how long it will last a few days to a few weeks, who knows. It WILL fail and you will have to replace it again. Chances are it will leave you stranded in the middle of now where when you need it most.
Get a new one which will last WAY longer than a used unit and it will have a warranty.
