96 dodge dakota signals and hazzards not working changed flasher fuses for both but my question is could one bulb cause all of signals not to work? I figured it out

Nope.... might be broken wire in column or the actual signal arm....

Got brake lights?

on the older mopars most / all of the electronics, going to the rear, go through the turn sig switch under the steering wheel, common point of failing. BUT removing the air bag needs to be understood before working on it. check that out carefully
