Comparable tranny

I have a 1991 Dakota 4x4 w/5.2 v8, 4 speed auto . I believe it's the 46RH. I'm looking for a tranny to replace it, can I use one from a '98 Durango 4x4 with the 360???

No, you can't. You need the trans out of a 95 or older 4x4 vehicle. 96 started OBDII, and the trans was then electronically controlled.
