Default Can the console from a first-generation Durango be repurposed for a 94 Dakota?

Sorry I don't have any pictures but when I was at the junkyard earlier I saw a Dodge Durango that had a center console that I like very much it basically had the armrest that doubled as a lid for the center console storage compartment. It sat between the two bucket seats and ran along the floor / transmission hump and wrapped around the four wheel drive gear shift. I'm wondering if I were to remove this center console would I be able to install it in my 94 Dakota without much difficult. Your thoughts are appreciated

"without much difficult" depends on your abilities. Shucks, it MIGHT just bolt in, but I kind of doubt it.

OTOH, given enough time, you can make almost anything fit.
