Default 53032126AA Baffle, Oil Fill Housing Install

I am a brand new owner of a not so brand new 2000 durango with the 4.7L. I have been reading alot and after looking at my grimey oil cap decided to go with the TSB and get the parts.

I obvioulsy know what to do with the cap, but what do I do with the Baffle?
It looks like all I have to do is snap it in somewhere because there is a retaining clip, but I have no clue where.

Also being a first time dodge owner with little knowledge of the engine I have a few questions.
what is the fix for the coolent leak into the engine causing sludge?
what are the feelings about engine flush?
Can you remove the oil pan without taking the engine out or droping the axle?

Thanks

The TSB is 09-01-00, if you like a copy just send a pm. And it not coolant. If had a coolant leak, you would be adding coolant/ water all the time.
