i just had to motor and heads rebuilt then self installed, got it to start however it will run for a few minutes just fine then when i hit the gas it dies? is this have to do with timing being off? Also my coolant for some reason or another is not circulating like its supposed to. new water pump, thermorstat, hoses and all.

Timing might be off. Index it: https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...er-please.html

1. Make sure the hoses are on right.
2. If you didn't check the T-stat before install that was a bad idea.
3. Could be a bad pump, especially if you installed a re-built pump and not a BRAND NEW one.
4. Could be the radiator is plugged.
5. Air lock.
6. Heads leaking carbon monoxide into the coolant.
