its hard to tell with the wheel size be it 15 or 16 inch but the other things noted are in most case scenarios dead give away that his d is an older model.

im just going by the styling on them, dodge only offered one style of 16inch rims on this truck, the rest were 15inch, those dont match the 16s that i have therefore must be 15s

They look like the same style? i must not have looked close enough. but yeah most likely 15's since it does not look like our year. i'm waiting for the guy to come back and say something to confirm if it is a 98-99-00 or why he says its a 2002

dash is 98-00 as well. definitely not an 02

wheel differences are easy to see when they are side by side...

I think its hard to tell if the wheels are 15 or 16 inch. It was standard Im pretty sure for an 02 to have 15 inch wheels though. As far as the V8 badge, I have not seen one on any 02 that I have seen. I have seen pictures of the grills being chrome and body color though. In my opinion, I think its a 99 or 2000.

well you know what you have to do right? when you go to buy new tires the next time get your hands on some newer wheels lol. i found some off a 03 dak i think but just like our stock 01-03 wheels for like 80 bucks. not a bad deal lol
