Default Heater

Ok, Ill just cut right to the point lol...

So I replaced a heater core today but as I started to reassemple it I have noticed... something that looks like a dual vacuum line, wires are red and brown, I really can't find where this annoying plug plugs into ... Any ideas?

bump!!! any ideas. I have looked around so hard and cannot find what it plugs into. Its part of the pigtail that is attached to the heater box.

driver or passenger side?? it might plug into the back of the heater/ac select ****.. If i remember right the vacuum lines travel from the air tank on the passenger side to the selector **** in the center.. its a mess back there

Found them.. follow your steering column down and you'll find a small round black tank thing around 3"-4" diameter. i'll try to post some pictures..


the second picture gives you a little bit of an idea where its at.. you can see the brake pedal and the steering column.

OMG thanks soooo much I can see it in the bottom pic. It is definintely a mess back there. You really don't have much room to work around back there. That is very relieving to actually find it. I've pretty much avoided putting my car back together until I figured out where that was. Thanks ~!

I know right?!? I like beer.. I like steak... I also have a strange problem where I like to fix things that aren't really broken just so I can be working on this good old D.

Problem is you have to get the job finished before all the beer is gone or you'll be doing the job over again.......LOL
