Default Help!!! Trans cooler lines

I AM TRYING TO REPLACE THEM ON MY DAD'S 2000 durango and we can't remove the hoses from the fittings @ the radiator.

the one on the bottom is rusted to no end and the one on top just simply wont budge....

yes, i am using the blue clip tool.....no dice.

any tips / tricks ??? should these just be cut and pryed ( sp ? ) off ??

thanks in advance

If it is rusted, cut it anyways. If you do it very close, you should have enough to make a new connection. If not, cut it back further and piece in a new section OR replace the entire line with one from the stealer.

I would just cut it off at the nut (seeing how you are replacing it anyways) and get it with a socket. Use penetrating oil on it and let it soak for a day.
