Default Problem with Alignment. Please Help.

Here's the story.

1999 Durango SLT Plus 4x4.

Was having a problem with the power steering leaking VERY BAD.
Because of this many parts were damaged from the fluid on the bushings.

So replaced.

Power Steering Pump, Hoses, Gear Box. Solved leak.

Changed, inner and outer tie rods, both sides.
Upper and lower control arms with Ball Joints, Both Sides.

Pitman arm and Idler arm. Also needed replacing.

Now when tring to do an alignment, one side is all the way in, and the other side is two inches out.

Now, got a replacement gear box and Pitman arm to determine if I have the correct parts. They are correct.
Checked the specs on the tie rods, the Tie Rods are correct.

Durango, has not been into any accidents.

WHAT GIVES.

THANK YOU for your time.
PLEASE HELP.

Are you asking, is the tie rods on the correct side of the susp.
Like right side or left side?

Or is the inner and outer correctly installed?

If your asking the first, and I'm sure you are?
Good question, have it at a shop right now, and they are stumped.

Will check to confirm.

Thanks

Ok, Confirmed Tie-rods are correct to there appropriate sides.

Ok, here is what we are thinking.

When the gear box was replaced, the shaft was incorrectly installed.
Then an alignment was done pulling everything out wrong.
Then about a month passed.
Replaced all these parts, tried to get an alignment done, everything is out of wack.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
