Take the coil wire to the distributor off on the distributor side and place it very close to ground and crank it over and look for spark. If no spark check for power getting to the coil to power it up. Check for power from either wire at the coil harness.
If you have are still having problems, replace the coil. If that doesn't work then the only thing let is the cam sensor (under the distributor cap on your 5.2L) seeing that you have already replaced the Crank Shaft sensor.

If it were me I'd do coil, dist cap, and rotor all at one shot based on what you're describing.
But then again, I live out in the boonies, hour and a half round trip to the parts store. If you have one 3 blocks down the street, start with the cap and rotor.
(Basic troubleshooting strategy. When you have a problem with several possible causes, start with the cheapest and/or easiest first, then go from there...)
