Yes get that in writing or you could have yourself a nice bill or possibly lose the truck. Always get everything in writing, because if it wasn't written down, it might not have been said (at least in the court view).

True, however a civil suite you only have to prove 51% to win. The "beyond a reasonable doubt" thing doesn't even exist, however anything in your possession adds to your case hands down.

In my line of work, we always state this, but we pride ourselves on the idea of causing agitation and discontent:

I know. I'm just messing you you. Do you think there's a correlation between government employment and drinking? Every time I read a comment about Hydra boozing it up, I usually have a brew in my hand. LOL.
