Unhappy Starting problem...HELP???

I have a 2000 Dodge Durango, to begin with it wouldn't start only click when I'd turn the switch. I would have to keep turning the switch over several times and it would eventually start. I replaced the battery, alternator, relay switch and now the starter and it still won't start just click when you turn the switch.....someone please HELP?????

Check connections on the battery. Usually clicking is a bad connection or a bad starter but seeing as you replaced the starter, make sure its clean of corrosion and tightened enough on the posts. Also, you're positive you connected the starter up properly? Just gotta ask dummy questions as you never know.

I would check your a/c compressor and make sure it isnt locked up. Mine was doing the the same thing clicking as if it was a ignition problem.

Take a look at a wiring diagram for the starting system and follow the power and control circuits for the starter. If you have a voltage drop across anything other than the starter on the power side or the starter solenoid on the control circuit you have just found your problem. Read the electric testing sticky to get a grasp of what to do and don't throw more parts at until you have verified a bad part. It would have been cheaper at this point to take it to a shop.

Clean the battery terminals and battery posts, if you still have the problem swap the starter relay in the PDC. If you still have the problem replace the starter.
